Informed tech was on the way. Mike was a very nice guy. Played with puppy. Explained what he was going to do. Did not waste time. Made every effort to clean up debris and any fingerprints. Overall excellent experience. Will certainly use again!
We had a few minor issues and HM was absolutely fabulous. I felt silly calling them for things that I should prob know how to tackle, but at no point did Cheyenne or the techs Mark & Mike make it seem like an inconvenience. Cheyenne kept in contact with me via text to set up the best times for my schedule and they showed up when scheduled. That’s huge!!! Truly professional company and will be recommending to anyone who asks. Great team, great crew!! Thank you All
