Every class I take I am reminded that yoga is a practice of celebrating where your body and mind are moment by moment. They truly focus on each individual's progress and personal growth.

I attended classes at this location once it opened up after it had been closed due to covid. Lisa taught many classes during that time and her love of yoga totally inspired me. I bought packages, followed covid rules and got to enjoy many wonderful classes safely. As rules lifted and more people entered the room, yoga mat placement was marked with tape; everyone was socially distant. I stopped attending in June of 2021 only because I landed a job. The people in the classes with me were grateful to attend. The yoga and heat at Fireshaper are worth the money. The people and teachers have always been kind and understanding…. All of the teachers at this studio are wonderful, as they use their own style of instruction to teach the classes so well! I highly recommend this yoga studio because the teachers are always enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging each time I go to class
