If you want a free standing squat rack or an Assisted Smith Machine..... Several barbell bench presses or seated chest machines....free weights or cables... a beautiful CrossFit room open to anyone,,,,, massage or relaxing sauna.....North Beach has it all. But honestly, no other facility can match the trainers and staff on site at all times and extremely good at what they do!
Recently moved into the area and after considering other gyms in the area, I went with North Beach. I'm glad I did. NB is rarely crowded, unlimited easy parking, more than adequate facilities and most importantly a staff that is consistently engaged and committed to their clients. They provide a solid knowledge base and are truly interested in their members and their member's successes. Go with NB.
❤️ NBHC of CM! Large selection of classes with great instructors! A ton of free weights, equipment, and treadmills. I have used all, and always get a good work out! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
