I have used My Clean Maid three times and got 5-star service every time! I am so thankful for the conscientious work ethic and polite demeanor of both the cleaning people and customer service representatives. I highly recommend them!

They cleaned my parents home today for the first time and they did an amazing job. I believe Eddie and Diana were the cleaners. Highly recommend!

The team works under a time limit. Each time, the team is different. Arrived, kept me reminding of the time (Which made me clean my already prepped home for cleaning even more, just so I at least get the basic service). All they got done in 2 hrs is clean 2.5 bath rooms and kitchen mopped. Did not vacuum even a single room, or even remove the trash from two bins that I had in a 2800 sq ft home. Not sure if another time, they will just get 2 sinks cleaned in 2 hrs. Quarter (or even less) work done is equal to not getting anything at all. And this- after I prepped my home for cleaning for 2 days. I am no way a clean freak. Just organized and tidy.
