“Carlos and his team are excellent professionals. We live in a 2 story historic building in Brooklyn, NY - flatroof, and originally I just noticed some leaks in the top floor and pooling in the back. They very gentle recommended to redo the roof - we did it - and discovered the roof was probably at least 60 years old! never replaced with no insulation. They quickly brought the supplies and did the roof in 1.5 days! A huge feat. They replaced the skylights as well and this whole time were in excellent communication and very good at problem solving. Sent estimate and invoice electronically and they stand by their word at the quality of their roofs. II highly recommend them. Super pro.“

“Dmitry and his team at Deluxe Windows & Doors are absolutely incredible to work with. He's fair, straightforward and honest during the sales process and his team works efficiently, are respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and do an amazing job. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Lastly, he charges a price that is fair for the marketplace. We moved into a 100 year old house with 52 windows, at the time, only 4 of them opened (and were new), otherwise the rest were original single pane with half the sash weights and ropes missing and completely painted shut. This was terrible for energy efficiency and keeping heat in (or staying warm during the winter). Over a period of a year, I reached out to several different contractors, in which I was literally quoted the cost of a down payment for a house in order to get the job done. Dmitry provided one of the best prices for double pane vinyl replacement windows. When we finally locked the job in, we waited 4 - 5 weeks for the custom window orders to come through, we scheduled a date, and his team came in 3 days and replaced all 48 windows and inserted aluminum capping. The windows are absolutely perfect for the house, we feel much safer knowing that we can now open all of our windows, know that we'll be saving a lot of money on energy bills in the long term, and are so thrilled with the final result.“

“I have been a customer of Frank's for over 20 years. In that time I have used him repeatedly as a homeowner and a condo board president. He has always done an excellent job. He put on a rubber roof, removing 6 layers of old roofing, on my home and put new roofing on my garage, he helped me solve a leak by my roof drain that eluded me for 10 years. He came when I had an emergency leak (in the winter) due to a change by another contractor attempting to solve that very leak. It has never re-occurred. He has done sheet rocking, wall insulation, cement work and windows all at a reasonable price. He stands by his work. For the condo building we had him replace crumbling stucco walls in a large air light shaftway with vinyl siding as well as replace the entire tiled roof with flat roofing material that had 35 rotten sheets of plywood due to icing under the tiles (wrong material for a roof without enough pitch). I cannot say enough for the quality and good prices that he offers.“
