Two new heating/air condition units had to be installed in our NJ condo this past December and January. Our building mgt. hired a firm supposedly knowledgeable in installing Ice Air units. However, this firm had to come to our condo twice, confirming on their second visit that our building plumber needed to first install a water pump before the first ICE AIR unit could be installed. I own two condo units in Fairview... one is my primary and one is a rental. I can’t say enough good things about Waterman Plumbing.. Carlos Ramirez and his crew are amazing! They do EXCELLENT work for a very reasonable, affordable price. Most of my neighbors in my 32 unit complex use Waterman as well. I would highly recommend them to any and all of my friends and family! I'm totally satisfied with the job of this company. They solved completely the problems what I had. Finally I can use all the water system on my building. They have all the needed machinery and most important, all the knowledge to fix anything.
