The work itself is messy, but they did everything possible to accomplish it in a tidy fashion. This work was also accomplished in a single day.<br><br>Both jobs had issues along the way, but this company addressed them all effectively. The synthetic deck has one such issue remaining, as one of the railings was slightly scarred coming right out of the manufacturer's packaging.<br><br>I am waiting for a replacement part to reach this contractor and for them to replace the single railing. This will be happening later this week.<br><br>Normally, I'd have concern about getting this replacement addressed. However, given their conduct through the two jobs, as well as offering that I hold back an adequate sum from the total cost until they make the replacement, I have comfort and confidence they will follow through.“
