I contacted them for assistance with software installation. I called a ton of people they were ready to charge an arm and leg without even listening to me regarding my issue and with out knowing if it was an issue that they could even assist with. Nick was willing to listen first and was extremely helpful with the entire process. Gave me a ton of tips and recommendations. He is very knowledgeable and very trust worthy. I would recommend them over geek squad , or any other nation-wide tech team that are just interested in your money and not interested in getting you the help you need.
