“Cates has done LOTS of work at my house....big stuff, little stuff, and everything in between, and their prices are always reasonable. They arrive on time, work's once and done, and they never make or leave a mess. Also, let me vouch for their honesty ...not long ago Raul was here to install a new light fixture in the kitchen. I asked him to look at the ceiling fan as it was making a ticking sound, and told him everyone hearing it said that was the sound of a ceiling fan dying (which would mean replacing two as it had a twin nearby). He went up and pulled down the fan housing. He called me to show me a wire that had apparently been looped, but had become undone. He said, nothing is wrong with this fan, the wire was touching the rotary apparatus, making a ticking noise. I really like & trust Cates and highly recommend them.“

“Had an emergency where half of my home lost electricity all of a sudden. Called Eddie from Redline and half an hour later he was at my house checking it out. After looking at everything inside and out, he realized that water had seeped into my panel and was causing the issue on one phase. I needed a complete panel replacement but until that could be done, he rewired all my essential appliances and lights to the working side of the panel as a temporary fix. My fridge, stove and bathroom lights were now finally working again! The following morning he was back at my house to install the new panel. A few hours later, I had a completely new panel and everything was once again back to normal. You may never think about it, but when you lose your electricity, it’s a stressful situation.
