I have recently lived through a dental nightmare , I cannot thank Dr Pozzi , and all the girls in the office enough , each and every one were awesome , THEY CARE and that is obvious , as well as this being a dental disaster is was also a mental nightmare . I cannot tell you the caring and understanding that got me through all of this , unfortunately I have been to many dentists through the years and I will never see another Dentist again for anything , The DR , the office , I just cannot say enough , but thank you from my heart . To start, a cleaning with Nicole is excellent! She explains everything she is doing along the way, and I very much appreciated it! I didn't appreciate when I was told I needed a root canal! Well, 2 weeks later and much anxiety....it was done today! Dr. Pozzi is an excellent dentist and when I tell you I felt ZERO pain, I mean it! He's caring, precise and most importantly caring. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great group!
This was my first experience with dental hygenist Nicole. She was great! She was friendly and cheerful but, more importantly, she was thorough, careful and efficient. She took care to explain what she was doing every step along the way.
