After another company failed me for 8 days of no heat or sense of urgency to repair my Geothermal system in subzero temperatures Perfection Contracting went above and beyond for me making a very difficult situation manageable. Reno and his Team not only took the time to listen and help me navigate in uncomfortable circumstances but they came out to my home next day to assess my situation and needs. Perfection has been my geothermal contractor over the last several years and they have always provided prompt, quality service at a reasonable price. They recently installed a new Water Furnace geothermal unit at my home and the process went as well as it could have. They were able to expedite delivery of the system so we could limit the time we were without heat and the installation process went off without a hitch.
