If I could leave them a ZERO star, I would. Extremely disappointed in their service. I dropped off a pair of Bear Paw boots that needed cleaning. The white fringe had gotten a little dirty so I took them in to be cleaned. I specifically asked them if they were capable of cleaning such an item, and they assured me many times, yes, we will have no problem cleaning these. Today, I picked them up with several other things, put them in my backseat, and continued on with my day....ran errands, worked, picked up kids from school, brought my shoes in after finally getting home. I was very excited to see them white again. Well, if I hadn't been so angry I would have cried. They totally RUINED my boots, and not ONE MENTION of it when I picked them up today. In fact, they charged me $40 to clean these boots. And they returned them to me completely damaged and unwearable. Be HONEST. Have a CONVERSATION with me about this. And DO NOT charge me $40 bucks for a completely failed job, and then expect me to pay another $300 for a new pair. I will NEVER use this company again. Ever. I will be going back, with the boots in hand, to see what they have to say. I'll update with the response. UPDATE: I would have LOVED to update this to a 5 star, BUT...I brought the boots back in this morning to discuss the issue. At first, the man tried denying that they did the damage, telling me that I dropped them off that way. After I told him I had photos of the boots before dropping them off, he quickly changed the story to, well, they were difficult to clean. He then told me to wait for 30 minutes for the owner to show up, so I did. She admitted to ruining them, after arguing with me, then told me yes, she should have called me to tell me. And then asked what she could to for me...and I told her that I would like to be refunded the $40 for the cost of the cleaning plus the cost of new boots. Her immediate response was SUE ME. Really? Problems and issues arise everyday in the business world. The true character of a business owner comes when there are issues and how they are handled. This was not handled appropriately AT ALL!! If it had been handled with respect and class, I would have changed my review to a 5 star, and continued to recommend them. For now, I will keep my review the same.
Not many quality Dry Cleaners around. Especially ones that offer tailoring. The counter service is friendly and product turnaround quick. If you like quality service give them a try
I called to see if I needed an appointment (I didn't), came in that day to have a bridesmaid's dress hemmed (chiffon, 3 layers) and she had it done in a week. You can't tell it's been altered. Highly recommend.Service: Alterations
