35 Hudson St apt 3406w, Jersey City“I had tried exercising on my own, dieting and different programs. After working with own your fitness and doing the evaluation session with the specialist I learned exactly what I was doing wrong and the type of exercises I need to do for my body type and my challenges. Furthermore because I sit behind a desk and have a family the convenience and sustainability of their program keeps me on track and is helping me activate all the right muscles that are now helping me with weight loss, toning up, strength training and becoming a better version of myself. Being a mom and a professional i needed a workout program that was guaranteed and sustainable. Their method is effective and easy to stick to.“

700 NJ-3, Clifton“I love the instructors at Club Pilates. My favorite instructors are Peter, Michele, and Deborah. Peter and Deborah are great teachers, especially for beginners; I definitely recommend them. Michele is fun, but I wouldn’t recommend her if you are just starting out. Once you get into the rhythm of things, you can definitely take her classes. Peter and Deborah will make sure you are doing the movements correctly and working the muscles you are supposed to be working and are more hands on compare to Michele. Peter and Deborah are phenomenal instructors in this regard. I love them! I’m sad that Deborah is no longer at the Clifton location, which I go to exclusively, even though I have an unlimited membership. I’ve been going to Club Pilates for almost 3 years now and have mostly worked out with these three instructors. I say it all the time: I am still a member because of the instructors; they are phenomenal!
However, to be honest, the management sucks! I hate the 12-hour cancellation policy; it’s a bit excessive. I’ve always complained that maybe 4 hours is a better time frame because a lot can happen in 12 hours, and they are not flexible with this rule. You can have an emergency, and they will still charge your card, and you have to fight about what constitutes an emergency. That’s the only downside; other than that, the studio is clean, and everything else is fine.
Also, when you pause your membership, they charge you a fee for pausing, and you cannot pause for an extended period of time (I believe 6 months is the max). I had a bad case of a pinched nerve that required physical therapy. Even with a doctor’s note and after paying the pause fee for months, they wouldn’t let me continue to pause after a certain period. Once I was better and cleared by my doctor to start working out, they had canceled my membership, which was cheaper, and I had to reinstate and pay the newer price, which was very frustrating. If I wasn’t coming back, why would I pay the pause fee every month? Like I said, management is the only problem you’d encounter at club Pilates, but other than that, the instructors are great. I am still here because of them and also because there is no competition in the area. If there was, maybe they would be a little more flexible, but they’ve kind of monopolized all the neighborhoods around me. Lol. I definitely recommend it if you don’t mind dealing with the management, like me, to get the benefit of having great instructors. As you can see almost all the bad reviews are with management and to be honest nothing has been done differently. The instructors are great but nobody wants to be always fighting with management. The Clifton manager is very cold and unfriendly. Hope they do some reform and listen to some of the complaints and try to find a happy medium.“

317 Central Avenue, Jersey City“I've been taking yoga classes at SW3AT for a while now and I can confidently say that it is a great place for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The instructors, Tanisha and Valerie, are both amazing. Their vinyasa classes are gentle with a smooth flow that is perfect for those new to yoga. But don't let that fool you, even if you're an experienced yogi, you'll still find their classes challenging and rewarding.
One of the things I love about Tanisha and Valerie's classes is that they really allow you to feel and breathe into the pose. They take the time to explain each pose in detail and they offer modifications for those who need them. This ensures that everyone can participate and benefit from the class, regardless of their level of experience. They also have complimentary yoga mats and blocks available for each class.
I also appreciate the overall atmosphere at SW3AT. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The infrared saunas and salt cave are a nice bonus.
Overall, I highly recommend SW3AT to anyone looking for a great yoga experience. The instructors are top-notch, the studio is welcoming, and the classes are challenging yet accessible. I'm so glad I found this place!“

694 Clove Rd, Staten Island“I was gifted a massage for Mother’s Day. I’ve been to Cloud 9 countless times and always have a great experience. This one truly takes the cake. I am a physical therapist and I developed severe pain in my dominant thumb the day before my massage. Before my massage, I spoke to my LMT Simone and explained the pain I was in. Simone adjusted my massage (with my permission) and worked on my thumb for a good portion of the session. She went the extra mile to meet my needs. As I type this the next morning, I am nearly pain free. Simone was AMAZING! A true champion of customer service and expert in her field, I am so grateful!!!! Thank you Simone!“

The instructor was so warm, the class was challenging, and there were some unique aspects of yoga and mind body integrated into the Vinyasa flow. I learned some new things and also felt very welcomed and supported.“
“Pam’s Traction Wall yoga class alone is well worth the short trip to Staten Island. The class is a great way to experience yoga with the added support / leverage of wall straps, making it both easier and more effective. Pam is a graceful teacher —encouraging and effective, with zero intimidation for beginners. Highly recommended.“

268 Watchogue Rd, Staten Island“I wanted to share my first experience with everyone because I never had the guts to try this type of equipment. I really love how supportive Brooke and her loyal students and instructors are, they really were patient with me and were by my side the whole time to help my form and keep me motivated. I definitely was intimidated by how heavy the equipment was but there really is a method to the madness, she found just the right bell to make sure I reach my full potential ( real me wanted 12 pounds but she made me do the 15). The circuit training on Monday is super challenging but you can pair with a buddy and time goes by fast. I love the music and dim lights and cool decor, it makes me hate working out a little less. The equipment is also neatly organized and sanitized , now with covid restrictions easing I am happy to be maskless as I am vaccinated so I am excited to do more types of courses like normal again. Next time I go I am confident that I will be stronger and in better shape because this place really cares for their customers while being extremely affordable in their packages. Please come and support businesses like this, women who support one another is an amazing thing!“
