I sent my coat to be cleaned and when I went to pick it up they had not washed it or cleaned anything, there the coat was lying around ?as the girl who took care of me on Thursday left it and told me it would be ready for the following Tuesday, very bad service and very careless with the clients' belongings, in the end I brought my dirty coat and I will no longer be able to use it for my ceremony ???

Last week, I brought a few brand new jackets to get dry cleaned here so I can wear them to work. When I came to pick them up, jackets looked worse than when dropped off and are now practically ruined. The man I spoke acknowledges they messed up but refuses to pay for the jackets. The jackets ruined are unfortunately pretty expensive as they were meant for work. Do not bother coming to this establishment, you will be leaving worst off than when you arrived.
