I arrived at 12 without an appt to get acrylic toes done The first tech advised me she doesnt provide that service so They asked me to come back at 2 bc the girl who specializes in that will be here by 1:30 and that will give her time to set up. When l arrive l ask will my appt be starting soon bc l have another appt at 5. they proceed to ask if l can wait until shes done easting even tho she asked me to come later yo allow her time to get her stuff in order. I read great revies before but l guess it only applies to existing customers bc as a first time customer this was a really bad experience and l dont think I'll ever come back
