I agree with the other low reviews. I called and asked if they still had Mother’s Day flowers, the young lady said yes. I walked into the store, it was cramped inside so I’m quickly skimming the selection so I can be in & out. As I’m walking towards the cashier I notice this worker racing me and attempting to walk past me to cut me off, in which she failed miserably. Just to try and over charge me, whew. I already asked the man up front how much the flowers cost and he said diez. This lady told this young girl $20, absolutely not. I paid my $10 and that’s the last ten dollars they will ever get out of me or anyone I could’ve possibly referred. Terrible customer...read full review
My experience was shocking. I ordered flowers for my sister who is at Beth Israel Hospital, and who just had open heart surgery. I live on the west coast, and really needed these flowers to be delivered. I ordered the flowers through Teleflora online, and paid with a credit card. The next day, when the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received a call from Leslie & Britney Flowers & Gifts. They told me that they were not going to deliver the flowers because the amount I paid was wrong. I informed them that the amount was what was charged by Teleflora. I ordered the flowers through Teleflora online, and paid with a credit card. The next day, when the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received a call from Leslie & Britney Flowers & Gifts. They told me that they were not going to deliver the flowers because the amount I paid was wrong. I informed them that the amount was what was charged by Teleflora. Long story short, I told them about my sister being in the hospital, and they refused to deliver the flowers. They said they would make the delivery for an additional $20! I choked on their decision. They said I had to deal with Teleflora. They told me they tried to contact Teleflora, but Teleflora was closed. I called Teleflora and immediately had my issue addressed. It remains to be seen if the flowers will actually make it to my very ill sister in the hospital. I would not order anything with Leslie & Britney Flowers & Gifts. They are absolutely without heart.
