I walked into King Unisex Salon as a random walk-in with no appointment, and I left seriously impressed. The stylist’s professionalism is out of this world she’s focused, respectful, and clearly takes pride in her work. The salon was clean, the vibe was chill, and her braiding skills are elite.
I requested that she braid my hair using only oil and no gel because of my sensitive, dry scalp, and she had no problem doing that. What really blew me away is that the braids still came out just as clean and neat as if gel had been used. That’s a huge win for anyone with scalp sensitivities looking for someone skilled enough to work without relying on product buildup.
