AVOID!!!! The young guy with an accent who was arrogant and had a bit of an attitude, showed up late than the time given first off, he came over to look at our bathroom sink since it has been clogged for awhile and it is the 2nd time it's been clogged in the same year. he snaked it (which we already did ourselves and told him that) still nothing (fyi we tried everything already, from home remedies to "drano", nothing).. Then he said we needed to change the pipes and faucet. he went to Home Depot to get new pipes and faucet which was extra on our bill. he changed them (he kept our old ones by the way, which WE should have kept since they were ours, the jerk didn't even ask. he probably took them to sell them since they don't make them like that anymore)...in the end he didn't clean up, when I said "you're just going to leave this mess??" the a55whole answered "I have an appointment I am late for" we got charged an OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT!! AND a few months later the sink was clogged AGAIN! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY CALLING "Innovative renovations" was!! How do they sleep at night conning people!??! We don't wash our hair in the sink (never have) nor shave, we have a "mesh type net thingy" in the drain area, to catch anything that can go down the drain, so there is NOTHING to clog it. That so-called "plumber" did not fix the problem at all! We called someone else. 2 professionals came (more mature and experienced) very polite, on time and right away said "Already I can see you have the wrong type of pipe installed there.." (he told us the name of it but I forgot the name) he asked "who put that there? It looks new" we told them some idiot from "innovative renovations" did and they laughed, one of the guys, actually cupped his face and shook his head and said "Oh yes I've actually heard complaints about them! I don't know how they're in business still." I told him what the previous moron did and he said "Did he at least snake the pipe IN the wall?" I said nope. The new guys from "Parkset Plumbing Co. Inc." They did a much better job, they put the right pipe in, they were there for 2 hours, did what the guy from this company didn't do AND they cleaned up after themselves, because THAT's what a professional does! Also I was charged less than what con charged us previously. It's been several months later and no clogging still!

Had a corroded waste line inside my wall that was leaking . I called and not only did Innovative Renovations fix the plumbing issue, they also repaired my Sheetrock and painted the wall as well to make it look new. Highly recommended!
