I love Nathaly, during my wax session I always need to talk to stay distracted and she be always interacting with my conversations idk what I be talking about. That’s a special type of person.
Yesterday was my 2nd visit here and I was serviced by Luisa! She is absolutely lovely!! During my first visit I was very nervous and she did a great job of keeping me calm and working with me. She is an absolute sweetheart and she does a great job each time. <3
I have other European wax centers closer to my location and yet I choose to drive longer to this location because of how great the staff is. I love the people who work at the desks they are incredibly kind and able to accommodate me whether I’m late or wet with rain. Luisa, Luisa is sweet and very detailed. I won’t lie the initial wax HURT but my hair did not grow back for a month and couple weeks but afterwards it is quick and easy. My skin has improved in clarity as well!
