Honestly, I see so many negative reviews, and I don't get it. Maybe it's because I've always worked in customer service myself so I am very patient and kind (I'm also not technically "from here") but the workers that took care of me and my friend were OUTSTANDING! Her nails were literally STUNNING, and mine were exactly what I wanted. Doris was sweet, kind, and listened to my wants as a new customer, so I will be returning just to see her... mine were simple, short black stilettos (basic, but I'm happy ??‍♀️)

I didnt like this place very much because it's not a very sanitary place. Also one of the workers very rudely came to where my Goddaughter and I were sitting to grab nail polish from the case above us. She never said excuse me, so we just moved over so that she wouldn't be reaching over us. Then she proceeds to take her shoes off and stand barefoot in the chair my Goddaughter was sitting in so that she could reach. I only went there so that my Goddaughter could get her nails done and she goes there all of the time. A very calm and wonderful spa experience I got exactly what I wanted and how I want it with a few suggestions from the professionals all in all it worked out for me wonderfully, very pleased. ??
