CityMD Newark Urgent Care - New Jersey

I've visited this location a few times recently and always have a great experience. Reception is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. All the staff are so reassuring and put me at ease. I never have to wait very long to be seen, even as a walk-in, and registering is so easy. The doctors I've seen are always thorough and have a warm demeanor, and follow up immediately when lab results become available. I always feel very comfortable here and assured my health is a priority. Thank you!

I have visited the CityMD Broad Street Newark location on average 3-5 times per year over my 7.5 years living in downtown Newark and while I have NOT been as pleased as I have come to expect with many of my medical professionals, I have NEVER had a bad experience here. At worst, it has been good and at best, close to EXCELLENT. The wait is typically reasonable, if not non-existent and the thoroughness good with good treatment. The staff appears to rotate a bit but that could be why they don’t appear to be as burnt out as other medical facilities do. Went there for the first time, was waited on soon when I walk in. The workers was very nice. The doctor took care of my problems, left there very please...I Truly and appreciated the staff.
