“Read all 5-star reviews and decided to give it a try. Called and got response quickly, then we set up an appointment for checking copper oxidation issue. George came on time, he looked over and told me not to worry much on my existing plumbing. He didn't try to sell or push anything unnecessary to me. I then subsequently asked him to take a look a couple modifications I need. He gave an estimate and suggested a few ways I can do myself or buy online to save some money. His price was very reasonable and did a great job. “Tony is very professional, responsive, responsible, and punctual. When I needed to replace a gas water heater, I contacted 8 plumbers/plumbing companies and was impressed by how responsive Tony was - he returned calls when I left voice messages, contacted me when he was running late, responded very quickly to my emails, and sent me a PDF file with quotes for the different water heaters we discussed (the only plumber to do so)! He was also very professional – he gave me his no-nonsense honest opinion about each type of water heater, patiently answered all my questions, and never pressured me to get a certain type of water heater. To top it off, he also had the best quote among all the plumbers, so it was an easy choice to hire him.On the day he replaced my water heater, he arrived at 8:05 AM with his son, well within the 8:00-8:30 window he had given me a few days earlier. Tony and his son worked very efficiently and finished the installation within a few hours. When I asked if he could connect the drain pan to the sump pump, which wasn’t originally in the contract, he said he would do it in the afternoon after finishing another project – and he returned within a few hours. I contacted him again a few days later to ask about the warranty and he again responded very quickly.
