I've been here a few times and it's been a nice experience! The receptionists have been kind and the health professionals I've seen were nice and informative about my conditions. The lab staff has also been efficient when I get bloodwork done. The facility itself is clean and I've never had to wait long for my scheduled appointment
Doctors are extremely warm and welcoming but good luck getting past the nasty front receptionist, if you're lucky enough for them to answer your call. One lady even dared to yell at me because I walked inside the building after being on hold for over half an hour with an urgent matter. Claimed to be swamped with work but no one was on a phone when I walked in. They do nothing besides sit and gossip and yell at students. The reason I leave 3 stars is because my doctor is incredibly amazing.
I have been coming here since my first year at Rutgers. Throughout being in person, the pandemic and now back on campus. Besides the front desk, I have had an amazing experience with every single person here. Donna is amazing and truly cares about every single student here. She went above and beyond and so has every other doctor here. Jenna Moran, Dr. Agarwal, Jennifer wiseman, and more. Thank you for the care you’ve brought this past four years. I cannot recommend it enough and have gone for every single type of issue and have always been helped! Thank you Hurtado.
