I’ve never walked out of anywhere in the middle of a service until coming here. They used the grinder and burned my toes and would not stop when I asked them too. They didn’t have actually nail clippers and wouldn’t cut my nails. Instead of filing my nails, they filed my toes. My nails are jagged and everytime I asked her to fix them she’d just hammer my toes with the file again. My friend was also with me and did not have a good experience. When I walked out after asking several time for it to be fixed, she went to pay for her service and they sneakily charged her an extra $15 for my service and didn’t tell her until after they ran the card. The owner is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. Her staff was lovely but you never see the same nail techs twice. I guess they get smart and leave quickly. They gave me nail polish that somehow changed color on my vacation. I asked for a discount on my next visit due to the problem from my prior visit. The owner started screaming at me and telling me I would not get a discount. The nail tech felt bad and told me not to tip her, I said no, the owner should be providing a discount not you and left tipping the nail tech( the prior visit was with a different nail tech).I forgot something and returned back to the store and the owner was talking about...read full review

Straight trash. Place smelled. Staff was sleep on the couch . Stood there for 5 mins or so before anyone noticed me. Then the staff who was slump on the couch legit told me it would cost $20. Yes, $20 to replace one nail. It's no wonder the place was empty! So I say again straight trash!! Deserve no stars. Negative 1000 ! The absolute nerve of a dump to try and charge that much!
