Retro Fitness is a well-maintained gym that offers a great member experience. With state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, a Smoothie Bar, and a Pro Shop, this gym has everything members need to achieve their fitness goals. The staff is friendly and helpful, with one member going above and beyond to assist a disabled veteran. The owners take great pride in being hands-on with their members, making sure the facility is immaculate and accessible for all. The gym and bathroom facilities are always clean, and the equipment is well maintained and more than adequate. Members appreciate the multi-level layout and the variety of exercise equipment available, including options for personal training and group sessions to help achieve goals faster. While some members have noted a few areas for improvement, such as high prices for drinks and limited seating areas, overall, the gym is a great value for the price. It is a friendly place where members and staff work together to create a positive workout environment.
I go to the Monday night yoga class with Andrea. She is amazing, she is one of if not the best yoga teacher I’ve been to. She starts by asking us what we want to work on, any soreness, she’s in tune, she’s fun. If she leaves I’ll downgrade my membership. I also have done Regina’s classes too and she’s great I just can’t make Thursdays In general the equipment is clean, good, staff are always friendly, hours are good.
Had the opportunity to head to Neptune as I’m residing in the Long Branch area temporarily and have been wanting to try out other gyms of this franchise. I was greeted right when I walked in from their friendly staff. The Owner Jeff must’ve realized I wasn’t a familiar face but he was quick to greet me and welcome. The clientele and overall environment was very welcoming and friendly. One gentlemen asked to work in with me and complimented my physique where we briefly trained together. The owners take great pride @ being Hands-On with their members. This allows them to make any type of adjustments and or fill the needs of the members to bring 100% satisfaction. They keep the facility immaculate, there is no equipment void, and make it accessible for any and all member types. What is also great about the facility is their willing to listen to whatever suggestion you may have. They take pride in çbeing member-centric! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and any level of fitness.
