*** Updated review - after our first experience with Air Care, we decided to hire them to install one compressor and 3 mini splits at one of our rental properties. We worked with Tom Comandini who was our sales contact and he was excellent. Tom is very knowledgeable and responsive and understood that time was of the essence to get the work done so we could re-rent the apartment. The permit process was seamless and Tom and team were at the home in a matter of weeks to complete the work. The team was efficient and completed the job in 2 days. Excellent experience. “My central ac stopped working the other day. On a recommendation I called GWB Heating and Cooling and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Gary, came out later that afternoon and after diagnosing the problem, made me aware that the motor on the condensing unit was shot and needed to be replaced. It was late in the afternoon and Gary said he would make some calls in the morning to see if he could locate a motor. The next day around 10:00am, Gary called and said he had located one and would be out later that day to replace the motor. True to his word, he showed up a few hours later and replaced the motor. Considering that the next day the temp went up to 92, I can't help think how fortunate I was to take my friend's recommendation to call GWB. “I've had four technicians with 40 years experience come out to my house and not be able to figure out the problem. I read reviews for Dash mechanical and decided to give them a go. A young man named Dylan showed up on time. Watching him we knew he knew his stuff. I put a brand new system in last year outside and a new coil inside. Turns out they overfilled us on Freon and here's the best part. The manufacturer never took the inner filter out for construction, dust, etc. When building a new home. So for 12 years that filter was in my inside unit causing less airflow over the years. So I probably didn't even need to replace my old unit. He took great care of me. The price was fantastic. He was in and out. For such a young kid he knew his stuff. I would 100% recommend this company to anybody. They stand behind their work and being 10 years young they're definitely going to have a long future. 100% so happy! Thank you guys at – and thank you, Dylan“

“Dwyer installed a new heating and cooling system and a hot water heater for us! They were great with all of this!! Where there is an opportunity is with the service contract - we signed up for a 5 year contract and they have canceled most of the appointments and rescheduled. Some times the same appointment was canceled more than once! I need to juggle my schedule to accommodate - I work and my time is worth something too. They were suppose to be here yesterday (we made appointment some time ago) and once again they canceled. Service for installs great - maintenance calls 2x a year would not recommend. Very frustrating!“
