I found talking to this office staff confusing and that the people who took the phone calls the first time were very impatient. Not the best scenario for a senior citizen who is simply looking to get an eye exam and trying to figure out if they took my insurance. My primary doctor's office actually told me they do, and that is why I called them in the first place. I am now moving on to the next place even after four phone calls to them and my insurer and still not being sure if they do or do not take my insurance because of conflicting information I got from this office. Complete success!!! My 82 year old deaf father met Dr. Senft November 2021. Dr. Senft diagnosed my dad with mature cataracts in each eye. We put ourselves in his very capable hands and now my dad can see again. In just a few months , my father got his life back. How do you thank someone who has restored your vision?
