If I could give him a negative 1 that's what I would give him. After seeing Dr Del Negro and having me feelComfortable about an eye procedure that he would be performing.... Well that was a huge mistake! Not only do I have PAIN in my eye but now I have no use of my eye. Seeing from that eye is impossible. I complained.Repeatedly and I was pretty much dismissed Made to feel that I was hallucinating the entire thing 2 1/2 years later I still can not see! If you're looking to lose an eye, then this is the man to see!!!!! If not, run and run as fast as you can!!!! No bedside matter and no compassion.

Called office first consultation appoitment was over 2 months away. Asked Tobe called if there was a cancelation. A few weeks later Dina calls me on a Friday Fternoo. And tells me there is a cancelation I call back at 345 and no answer .office was supposed to be open till 5. Left message never got a call back. Finally on Monday afternoon I call and see about appoitment and a young man says no immediately doesn't even seem to check. Two days later Dina calls me again and asks me to call her on February 24 to go over paperwork etc. We'll guess what I called 5 times on February 24 and never got a call back. Needless to say. I would be very concerned about this offices Practices. Seems like it is extremely disorganized and absolutely not professional.

I would not recommend this place. The office staff is terrible. I have never experienced anything like it. The only person you can speak to when you call is the person making new appointments. All other department is voice mail only. I called the financial department and was told to leave a voice message and someone will call me back in 24 to 36 hours and not to leave multiple voice message. I have never heard of this. They excuse is that they all very busy and just don't have the time.
