I hired Charles for a flooring project, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The work was not completed in a timely manner and ended up being more expensive than initially quoted. Additionally, Charles was insistent on his own design ideas, which did not align with our vision for the project. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services.

I unfortunately had an incredibly disappointing experience working with Charlie for a home renovation project. Despite paying him over 26000 upfront for labor costs, he failed to complete even basic aspects of the contracted work professionally.
He barely did any work, for the very few work he did, there aren HUGE issues:

• doors were installed so horribly(Look at the GAPS! and some are crooked!) '
. I asked to remove a box, and he built another one. This is insane.

We hired Charlie to remodel our house and it was THE BIGGEST mistake we have ever made in our life. We paid him $26,150 upfront and not only he didn't do the work we paid for, but also he destroyed out house and abandoned it in a chaotic condition (see attached pics). He kept delaying the project (until he just disappeared one day), lying to us, and yelling very aggressively to us.
