Tom came highly referred by my uncle and now I know why! He was friendly, responsive and fit me into his schedule a week after I called. He kept me informed of arrival time via text. He and his son were so patient- they arrived while a local donation company was still picking up and hauling out furniture. He could have easily insisted I reschedule, but knowing we had company coming in for the 4th of July weekend, he stayed and waited nearly 30 minutes for them to be out. My carpets look amazing and practically new! I’m so grateful for his kindness and understanding and he will forever have my business in Sea Isle City!
