“Kathleen works continuously to adapt my physical therapy needs to how I am progressing through the treatment. Everyone is very friendly and work well as a team.“
“I would argue that Trifecta offers the best care you could possibly receive in the country. As an athlete with multiple injuries, I have been through PT a lot, and after going to trifecta, I have never considered going to another place. The staff creates such an amazing and friendly environment that is competitive and really drives you to push yourself. They are also incredibly caring and have such a willingness to learn. They look at you as a person, not just your injury and they understand the importance of mental health and how that can affect recovery from a physical injury. Justin was my physical therapist through the end of my ACL recovery and I could not talk any higher of him. Super thorough initial assessment and he continued to monitor and adjust with any tweaks or setbacks in my recovery. I made a full recovery from my ACL and am back to doing everything I love with nearly no issues. Recently, I developed parsonage turner syndrome after an infection and have been back in PT for treatment with Justin. Without justin and trifecta, I would still probably be in and out of doctors trying to find a diagnosis. His knowledge and attention to detail helped me get diagnosed and begin treatment within just a few weeks (when normally it takes months to get a diagnosis) and I have been making great progress!! All of the staff at trifecta and the energy they bring to the environment brings really makes this place so special. I would seriously recommend PT with Trifecta (and Justin) to any person in need.“
“Every one has been so wonderful especially Paul. He is very professional and thorough. The atmosphere is very friendly and you feel very comfortable the moment you walk in.“
“My experience at the JAG facility at 171 East 84th Street in Manhattan has been excellent. Aimee Sesaldo, Clinical Director is a intuitive diagnostician and has a feel for the human body. She quickly understood on my first visit the causes and effects of my trocanteric bursitis and sciatica and gently and carefully planned my exercise program and massage therapy which within weeks is having a very positive effect on this chronic and very painful condition which was limiting my walking, an activity which I enjoy and is essential to my overall health and well-being. JAG was the third PT facility I have tried on the Upper East Side for relief and finally Aimee is succeeding where others have tried but not helped correct and alleviate the situation. Ask for Aimee.“
“Sean has been my physical therapist over 2 months. He listens to what I have to say and targets the areas that hurt while doing chiro. He challenges me in the exercises but doesn’t over do it. Sean has been a professional the whole time and I have seen an improvement since working with him.“
“Great place. Good Vibe. Good Energy(plus have everything you need there if new to Yoga)“
“My daughter has been attending for about 10 months. We absolutely love the staff and the care she has received. The facility is always clean, warm and welcoming.“
“I want to thank Kristy MeadeNaquera DavisArun Garg for giving me the best physical therapy experience in my journey to recover from spinal surgery!! Their Anti-Gravity Calter-G treadmill has been such a great addition to my PT! I have always been treated with respect and compassion and i am so grateful in a scary time!! Thank you Liz for your support too.“
“My therapist Rebecca was fantastic. Very compassionate and knowledgeable and asked the right questions to get to the heart of my physical problems. She offered many practical suggestions and exercises for minimizing my difficulties.“
“I have been a patient of Dr Obade's since I was 12. He's excellent!! He has replaced both my knees and has taken care of a broken bone and severely spained ankles. He don't push you into surgery, he tries other routes first. In the 70's He and Dr . George (who is now retired) worked on my Dad's back after a serious work accident. He was told by the hospital he would never run or walk again. He became a soccer coach and ran up and down the field like it was nothing!Thank you Dr.obade for taking care of us“
“Victory PT was recommended to me by a friend who also has Ehlers Danlos. Since I have started with Victory, my shoulder has graduated (as as long as I keep up with my at home isometrics, the pain from my inflamed rotator cuff is almost 0), and my plantar faciitis from unstable ankles went from "if I take my dog on a 45 minute walk now, I won't be able to put weight on my foot overnight." To "I went to the Chinese Lantern festival, and I didn't need to limp to get to the bathroom at 2am." Other physical therapy offices have pushed my body too hard, too fast, and caused more damage. This is the first time I have had measurable improvement. Every time I get movement related pain, I'm getting a prescription to go back to Victory. I now have the tools to maintain my joints as best I can. If you have joint instability or you need post-op physical therapy, call Victory PT, and make sure you do your homework isometrics. They work.“
