When I purchased my home in Wharton Ilene was the seller's realtor. I remember my realtor mentioning that "she knows her stuff". So when it was time for us to sell I reached out to Ilene. Ilene helped us to understand the market and to establish realistic expectations. Throughout the process she checked in and made sure we were clear on what was happening. Outstanding person and a great combination with Rudy, her husband. helped us a lot as a sellers agent when we were the buyers :-) and then eventually helped us lease the property.
