I love coming to this Ulta because the staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. I want to shout out to Gabi for assisting me today with color matching, maximizing my points, and promos in the store. Her customer service is unmatched and she deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond ?

I visited Ulta and although I would give the service in the back 3 stars, Jamie , at the register was 5 stars !!!!! She was so sweet and patient. I had a few issues with some returns and an online order and she was so calm and helpful. She never made me feel rushed or a bother at all. If Ulta ML hired more people like Jamie , they would have all five star reviews.

Love this Ulta! But especially the hair salon. Xiara does my hair. She did the color & blowout. And she’s amazing! She’s sweet. & she knows exactly what she’s doing with color & how to work with your hair especially textured hair. Go here to get your hair done!
