Love this Ulta! But especially the hair salon. Xiara does my hair. She did the color & blowout. And she’s amazing! She’s sweet. & she knows exactly what she’s doing with color & how to work with your hair especially textured hair. Go here to get your hair done!

I have never had a problem with any of the ulta I have been too, except for now. I normally visit the stores in Philadelphia or the one in cherry Hill New Jersey. I happen to be in the area and I realized, I ran out of my moisturizer. I stopped in and the first person I see is one of the employees with the white smock over her regular clothes. I said hello! And she did not reply. I asked where I could find a product and she did say. All of the other stores have ethic are professional and friendly, they immediately, stop what they are doing and they walk along with you, until you see the product. I’ve been in this store before and the staff usually isn’t personable or excited to help. Today I was in and it was the same, but at the register when I was asked if I was helped and I said no, I met Sydney. Sydney is amazing! The store was busy and she went above and beyond to help me find a good primer and was a pleasure to talk with. Will definitely be back! Thank you Syd!!!!
