We live in the South Jersey pine barrens, plenty of insects and critters. We've used Terminix with great success for 4 years. Even when we've had an issue, one call brings our technician the next day to address the problem.
Geoff Brewster went above and beyond for my clients. We had an issue the day before closing and needed further documentation from the inspector indicating that repairs were not needed. I reached out to the office via phone and Geoff via text. As 6:00pm approached, I had just about given up hope that we would be able to get what we needed, but at 9:15 pm I got a test from Geoff asking for where to send the needed paperwork to. I would have never expected to hear from anyone until the next morning and was praying that we would even be able to get it then.
