The whole visit was pleasant from front to finish. The staff was excellent, very polite and professional. I love Dr. Paige. She was very upbeat. She explained everything in detail and was so patient with me and my questions. She took such good care of my Shiloh. And most of all Shiloh absolutely loved Dr Paige. Shiloh was such a good girl for her. I had a wonderful visit. I recommend them highly. I recommend Dr. Paige in particular.
All of the staff including Dr. Patel, were kind, caring and considerate and handled our critical care issue for our 2 recently adopted shih tzus. I can't tell you how sweet Dr. Patel was and informative on our next steps after our pups were treated.
They have always provided us with the best service and care over many pets. I highly recommend RBML!
