Took my pup for an emergency visit after he ingested carpet. All of the staff was kind and empathetic, gave us advice and offered all possible options and weighed the outcomes with us. They got him into imaging and surgery the following day, answered all of our questions, and gave us consistent updates throughout his entire stay. They took great care of my boy and the surgeon, Dr. Winkler, was amazing and even texted me the days following his discharge to check in and see how things were going. Following the discharge, we called back a few times with questions as well that were quickly and happily answered for us. All in all, I am so thankful and grateful for the staff... read full review

Everyone was super nice, caring and understanding. My dog came in with a laceration on her neck. They were pretty quick to come out and get her triaged. The tech and vet were able to come out and give me a few updates.
While I was there, the staff was amazing with every pet and family that came in. Would highly recommend this facility for anyone with an emergency with their pet.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I believe that my cat got good treatment and his issue was resolved, but I must mention that I felt a little uncomfortable feeling as if some of the treatment and services that were offered, and even suggested, or simply done so to pad the bill. You really have to understand your pet's needs and what treatments are absolutely needed to resolve the issue that your pet is diagnosed with and opt out of unnecessary services. After all, it is a cooperation and I'm sure optimal profit is one of their major goals. But overall, I would recommend Red Bank as an option for your pet in the event of an emergency.
