In oct 2021, used R & L to put a two foot crushed stone border around my house. They did it when we were away for a weekend. I checked the sides of the house and paid him. A day later, I check the back of the house. The crew covered 3 sprinkler heads and did not install 16 feet of an aluminum border. I called 2x and emailed 1 x. no response. winter came. I emailed 2x in the spring, saw one of his crews near my house and gave the crew a note to give to him. No response. If you use R & L, check the entire job before paying and pay by check so if needed you can stop payment on the check.Services: Rock landscaping

I had R & L surround two flower beds with a stone border 5/2021. the job looked nice. I had them come back in the fall to do a two foot crushed stone border around my home. They came when we were away for the weekend. Arrived home, looked around the two sides not closely, and paid him. then next day I walked around the house. Three sprinkler heads were covered by the weed cover and 16 feet of aluminum border was not applied in the back. I called twice and emailed once, then winter came. I emailed twice in the spring of 2022, saw a crew near my house, gave them a note to give to the owner, no response. Horrible service! Been several seasons now and we're still trying to recover from their substandard service. For example deep tire tracks in lawn and a cracked driveway from their equipment!! So frustrating.
