I went through about 3 and they just kept ghosting me and finally I get sent Omar’s contact info and I called him right away and he showed up that night with samples for me to look at. “I needed new carpet in a home I bought recently. So where do I look? At one of the big name home improvement stores where I dealt with four different people, and it took some time before I got a quote. I asked to make a change before signing the contract, and they never got back to me with an updated quote or new contract. I got tired of waiting.I found Carpet Dimensions on Google maps and stopped in to check them out. They had a huge selection of carpet, far greater than where I first looked. The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable of the different types of carpet. Even though I had brought in measurements of my room and the stairs that I needed carpeted, the salesman insisted that someone come out and take measurements. We arranged an appointment. They gave me some samples to take home so I could select the right colors.Robert showed up at my door and took measurements. I asked him a few questions and he was able to answer them easily. He wrote up a quote, which came in significantly lower than what the big name home improvement store had given me even though the carpet I had picked out was a better quality than what I had picked out in the other store. We arranged for installation.Unlike the home improvement stores or other national carpet retailers, Carpet Dimensions has their own crew for installing carpets. They came in, removed my existing carpeting, and installed carpet on two different sets of stairs and my finished basement in just a few hours. The installers were very polite and courteous.My overall experience with Carpet Dimensions was excellent. The carpet they installed feels incredible under my feet. If I ever need carpet again, I will certainly be going back. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing new carpeting.“

“We came here for area rugs, and they have, probably literally tons of them, hanging in the back room so you can flip through them. One very helpful thing is that they have a bowl of plastic clothes pins of several colors, you can pick several pins of the same color, and use them to mark your favorites so you can get back and look at them again and compare them. I also found it helpful to take a picture of the rug and the label, so we could later see if it was in our size, and let the staff know what we were looking for when it wasn't hanging there.The rugs seem reasonably priced, and good quality. We also got a custom mat cut for each rug that we purchased, said to be of a quality above the ordinary rubbery type. It seems to be good, and walking across our bedroom rug barefoot is like getting a massage, given the combination of the thick pile of the carpet and the firmness of the non-skid rug mat underneath.We would definitely return, if we replace any of the area rugs we have in all our other rooms.“

“Floor install systems refinished our floors and sanded and stained our staircase and rails. After a few days the Wood filler that was used on the stairs became visible. Immediate attention was provided and the stairs were fixed without any hassle. We are so pleased with the floors and stairs“

Admittedly, the first places to check flooring options are online, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, etc. We did that, but while there are many options in those large stores, what's missing is intelligent and honest conversations about technical details and quality.

Mike was gracious with his time, in the phone and in his store, and even freely allowed us to take samples home to think things over. Pricing was fair and timelines were spot on. A word for the team that delivered the planks, who very kindly not just dropped it two days in advance but also carried the planks down to the basement.

“This is another nice place to deliver to, pretty cool people that will take care of you right away. However their dock entrance is on Haldeman Av on the back of the store, it’s a really busy 2 way street with lots of traffic. Try not to come during rush hour like I did. Dock is real wide. Workers are not allowed to help you stop traffic so come early morning if possible. A 53 foot trailer with a sleeper fits perfect in there.“

“Mrs Arrain, It would be nice if you give the whole story about your recent project. We came out to install your new floor upon rip up your whole floor was rotted and moldy, you got a contractor to fix your improperly built porch,and where the concrete meets the wood floor is moving your vinyl up and down causing the vinyl to bubble. We ramped the concrete with flooring leveler before your wood floor was 3/8 higher than your slab. I did not build your room and I can't help that your floor is moving up and down. I recommended you put a transition strip there and you came into the store and picked the transition color you wanted then you said you didn't want it. Bashing a family business that has done nothing but try to help you is not the answer.“
