I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service from American Water Resources (AWR). In the past, AWR issued a refund to me for an extra premium payment I made after I switched payment methods for home plumbing insurance coverage; I didn’t even realize that I had paid the monthly premium twice. This manifest honesty on the part of AWR prompted me to sign up for two additional AWR residential policies. Most recently on October 18, 2024, AWR representative Jon (6019072) expertly guided me through a process to consolidate my monthly premium payments for three residential insurance policies (water and sewer, internal plumbing, and internal electrical). Caesar was very professional & pleasant during the whole time we spent discussing the coverage offered for water & sewer line insurance. He made it easy to understand & an easy decision to sign up for the coverage.
Speaking with Shamika this morning was the highlight of my day! I wanted to add additional services to my current contract with Pivotal Home Solutions. The process was seamless. Shamika was so personable on the phone, what a surprising delight finding an employee who has a work ethic and cares about the concerns of her customers. Good job Home Solutions for hiring this gem!!!
