I needed primary care quickly for a sinus and bronchial problem I'm having so I called them based on insurance coverage. They were great getting me an appointment for the next day, then called me back to cancel with the explanation they weren't taking any new patients with sinus or upper respiratory problems. They wasted my entire day to get help. Told me to go to Urgent Care dumping on them. "Come see us when you're better." Steer clear if you're actually not feeling well.

I had a horrible experience in their Williamstown office so I drove to Mt. Laurel too see my doctor. Unfortunately, they have a young nurse named Kelly who is young, disrespectful to patients and negligent in her duties. Because she failed to give my doctor three phone messages I left, I never got the medicine I needed and ended up on a ventilator in the ICU and almost died. I was told by hospital staff and family that it was time to find a new doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who cares about their health because they do not care and will lie to your face to protect bad staff.

UGH! The Office on Briggs Road in Mt. Laurel used to be a great Dr. Experience. There has been a decline in service & support the past couple of years. Lately when I reach out, It's difficult to talk with anyone as I am always transferred to voicemail with untimely or no response. I feel like I am a bother to them. Are they understaffed & underpaid? Not sure what has happened. I need to look for a new doctor office.
