I had a great experience. The service person came next day, assessed the problem and fixed the issue within a couple hours. I received a call prior to arrival as well. Very professional.
I highly recommend this company. The process has been handled very professionally and efficiently. The plumber was top notch and knowledgeable in his repairs and in documenting all issues to forward to the insurance company. The next two phases of water restoration and rebuilding of the bathroom I expect will be handle in the same professionalism and efficiency.
I spoke with Brian today. Though I have an extremely frustrating situation he very patiently listened and very quickly got back to me with a reasonable solution. His customer service was compassionate, professional and extremely proficient!! If you call ask for Brian!
