“Absolutely fantastic experience for an emergency visit. One of my dogs had a mysterious rash & was biting & scratching himself raw. Regular vet could not make time & said about 2wks for appt, ER vet said to come & check in but then said I had to wait in car & they would call in 4-5hrs. I called Washington Street Veterinary & they were kind enough to see my dog within the hour, efficiently diagnosed & treated for allergic reaction. They gave me meds & shampoo & scheduled a follow up for a week. Had a third follow up with shot again. Each visit was pleasant & efficient, so much so that while I really like my old vet that practice is too busy & hard to get appts & lots of waiting past appt time so I will make Washington Street my new animal care provider.
