The massage therapists are able to focus treatment on my knotted/pain areas (shout out to Terrance for helping reset my shoulders, neck, and back pain) and provide suggestions on how to improve and recover from workouts or daily ergonomics issues. The technicians can deal with a range of pressure levels, and are able to adjust on the fly for the level needed for sore feet, runners calves, sciatic pain, to carpal tunnel.
