“I have been a member of the Chatham Club for a year now and it has transformed my life. It has everything you’re looking for. I have worked with a personal trainer and the experience was amazing. She got to know me, understood my goals and made a program for me personally. I also enjoy the group exercise classes. “I'm in month three of coming to this establishment. I love the classes and I do have my favorite instructors. The place is clean and classes start on time. Not too difficult to get into a class that you may want. A bit more difficult for me as I can only go certain days and times during the week. Which is why I had to dial it down to taking classes four times a month. If you have more of a flexible schedule, this can work out perfect for you. The club has different memberships and they do try to work with you to help find classes and memberships that would work for you. Since I've been going, I feel more toned. I am trying the once a week class to see if I still keep my muscles toned and will update this review.“
“Clean with a variety of Pilates classes. Instructors are great and really teach correct methods for all levels. Private and group classes. Group max is five people so it feels private. Pilates strengthens your core. For all ages. Low impact but amazing results.“
“I've been to a couple of beginner classes so far and love it. I really wanted to incorporate something different into my workout routine. The instructors here are super nice, you get a full 50 minute non-stop workout. The facility here is super clean. Classes book up fast, and I can see why. Customer service has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. It is a bit pricey, but you do get what you paid for.“
