I brought a pair of sunglasses in that had been purchased here a few years ago, one of the arms had snapped off. I was told they were out of warranty, which is completely understandable. But then I was told that a replacement arm was not available, I’d have to buy a new frame. Once in the car I checked on the manufacturer’s website only to find that the part I needed was available and easy to order, which I did. I feel like I was lied to in order for Eyeglass Boutique to sell me new frames that I didn’t really need.
