Dorota Kundera is an exceptional real estate broker who covered every detail of the selling process to maximize the selling price of our house within a 2 week period. This included a listing selling price which attracted over 30 potential buyers to our open house plus another 10-15 potential buyers on other dates. She strongly suggested removing the armoires from our daughters' bedrooms to make the rooms look bigger. She staged the house by adding her own decorations and moving furniture to better show the house. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the house and create a brochure.

Dorota did an outstanding job assisting us in purchasing a home as we were relocating back to the area for work. We were on a tight timeline needing to be settled before school started and she understood this and approached our needs with the highest priority.
