It was efficient and done promptly. 1) The knowledge and execution of water that needed to be expelled. 2) Taking pictures from start to finish. 3) The fans are a part of their equipment and solutions to stop the mold. 4) Helpful collection by the crew to go through all of my water-damaged material with me and dispose of it all. I was provided with a Restoration Report that details each aspect of the process. The owner worked with my insurance then I learned I had to send all the information to my mortgage company with additional documents needed.
