Explained thoroughly procedure involved and answered questions. Had considerable blood coming out of bandage on Saturday a.m.,after a Thursday procedure, called him on cell phone ,gave directions, that worked and mist importantly called me back hour later to determine progress. Very appreciative of followup call.

We visited yesterday (7-11-24) as my husband was having MOHS surgery. While the office visit and the all the personnel were great, the location of the office was a challenge for me, a semi-handicapped (using a cane because of bad knees) person. First of all, the only parking available is on the street, with meters. The person making my apt did warn me to "bring lots of quarters" to feed the meter, or else figure out the parking app. Even that wasn't so bad, but there were NO spots available, and the only handicapped spot I did see was around the block from the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Ciatti for many years. He is the only dermatologist who I will trust, especially when it comes to MOHS surgery! In addition to being an amazing surgeon, Dr. Ciatti is genuinely a kind, caring, and patient person!
