Quick to respond to inquiry and the arborists are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a difficult time finding one online as I only see tree cutting services but I was happy to find an expert that can describe the health of my tree. I would recommend them for their expertise and professionalism.
OUTSTANDING in every way. Arborist Jason answered all my questions and his evaluation and suggestions for my property were very informative. The driver Carl who performed the services was knowledgeable and professional as well. The girl Lisa whom I dealt with on the phone at the office is well versed on the procedures and perfect and professional as well. I originally contracted DAVEY to do some work on my property in the summer of 2023. The arborist (Jamie) who came out to look at my property was terrific. I showed him the trees I wanted trimmed and a tree I wanted removed. He also took the time to walk around my property look at my other trees/bushes/etc. and gave his thoughts and suggestions on how to keep them healthy over the long haul. After getting estimates from other companies DAVEY's pricing was fair, but what won my business over was the conversation I had with the original arborist. From here the problems started.
